This program is for you - If you're ready to elevate your running beyond just accumulating miles. This 6 week program offers a path to mastering the essential skills of an efficient and effective running stride. The end result will be improved speed and endurance without the wear-and-tear of continuously increasing mileage, leading to fewer injuries and better overall performance. This will be achieved through the comprehensive implementation of drill progressions that integrate aspects of posture, breathing, stability, and striking mechanics - to name a few.
Improving your running form is enough to take your running to a new level. However, if you wish to truly optimize your running economy we cannot overlook the breath! Most of us take this for granted and assume breathing improves with fitness. However, just as more running doesn't improve an inefficient stride, it only reinforces it, the same is true for your breath. Both require conscious intervention and practice. The implications reach beyond performance as it will significantly impact perceived exertion, recovery and overall strain on the body that eventually leads to injury.
